HOW TO KNOW IF YOUR BROWNIES ARE DONE

Not all ovens bake the same; some use fan circulation for even heat distribution and some don’t, and many ovens can be incorrectly calibrated. The best way to know for sure if your brownies are done is the toothpick test! Carefully insert a toothpick in the center of your brownies, and if it comes out with wet crumbs or half-baked batter, then they’re perfect! Unlike cakes, you don’t want a dry toothpick - that means you’ve probably overbaked the brownies.
